Decisions about the acceptance of a new member are made by the Board:
 1 compulsory contribution 150,00 €
 Admission fee 37,50 €
 Standing rules 2,50 €

Housing application:
When can a housing application be filed?
The precondition is that the required minimum contributions for the requested apartment size have been paid in.
apartment size minimum contribution
1-room apartment from    900,00 € to 1.950,00 €
2-room apartment from 1.200,00 € to 2.400,00 €
3-room apartment from 1.800,00 € to 2.700,00 €
4-room apartment from 2.250,00 € to 2.850,00 €
5-room apartment from 2.700,00 € to 3.000,00 €

…but if you are a student or a trainee you only need to pay a compulsory contribution of 187, 50 € for your flat!

Students and trainees:
 We need to take a look at your vocational training contract or certificate of matriculation
 During the time of training or studying at university we need a person, who stands surety for you
 If you are a student from foreign country you deposit a separate security of 2 rental payments

Notice periods:
Apartment
as defined in the lease contract
three months
Membership
as defined in the standing rules registered cooperative society
two business years
(The notice period commences on 1st of the January of the year following the year in which it is delivered)
